Submission #338 | Dan Whelan: Paradise Regained — “Paradise Regained is a sculptural gesture and ecological stepping stone for native flora and fauna located at the underutilised Power Street loop site in Melbourne, Australia. The proposal seeks innovative and creative ways in which to design green space within the city, decreasing storm water runoff and creating a rare urban paradise in which native flora & fauna can flourish.”
Submission #311 | Christoph Bachmann: The Green Gallery — “The task in the second semester of mine back in 2016 was to draft a housing project situated in a neighborhood. Dealing with two fire breaking walls limiting the building site was the core theme here. Additionally windows in these walls were not allowed as they would have been too expensive.”
Submission #278 | Settawut Leenavong: Prasiolite State — “Prasiolite State, or a "Green Crystals of Bangkok" is an experiential, experimental and ecological architecture project done by Chulalongkorn university undergraduate, Settawut Leenavong. The project explores the characteristic of crystal formation, polygons and various connection of molecular joints. Prasiolite takes the inspiration from the name of green crystals which form inside the gas cavity of lavas. The exterior hard shells were able to protect the enclosed interior from the intervention of physical environment.”

Submission #107 | Houman Khosravi: Music for Housing — "The first exercise of of the semester was to craft a conceptual construct based on design intuition as well as my preconceived notions and views of London. Using mechanical found objects, I created three scenarios to build off of, each would become its own construct."
Andres Roncal: Grand Hall Freshman Dormitory — "The proposed program is meant to burst the bubble in which Pratt students are forced to live in and give public space back to the landscape of the city. By mapping the public parks around the area it became evident that there were only two public parks available to the immediate community. Fort Green Public Park and Pratt Institute's Sculpture Park; the latter gated and limited to no public access. This segregation was reflected in the lack of understanding for the students to their surroundings which then increased the naive self exposure to crime in the area."
Bryant Lau: Collaborative Tower — "As the world population continues to grow, skyscrapers inevitably become a necessity - its height ever increasing in order to meet housing demands. As the tower goes higher, it severs itself further away from the ground levels, resulting in a clear sense of detachment."

Zack Lenza: Interface P6 — The design is a replacement for a Folie in Tschumi’s Parc de la Villette. The near-connection of existing paths on site P6 informed the design theme, as well as the sociological idea that strength, paradoxically, lies in Weak Ties
