I am a bachelor of architecture of the Peruvian University of Applied Sciences (UPC) with mention in digital technologies. I always try to provide ecological space quality in every project I develop, from the simplest to the most complex.
A few of my projects: https://www.behance.net/raybalbr24735c
Project name: School of Expressive Arts in San Martin de Porres, Lima, Peru
Concept: "Space relationship and organization able to stimulate new situations and environments for learning".
The project is based on volumes placed on a stepped platform that gives a virtual edge to the street. The main volume is an academic block that is a fragmented cloister creating spaces of interaction between students. This volume is above the base block which are the public workshops, restaurant, academic area, teaching area, administration area, library, gym and multipurpose room. The boulevard is particular volume because below this is the theater. Even so trees are placed using a complex structure with a system called ZINCO which allows the placement of trees on the slab. The result is a space transition from the street to the main entrance of the project, giving inside open spaces where classes and meetings between students can be held.
