I am currently a first year M.Arch student at the university of Michigan. I am from Nepal but grew up in Pennsylvania and after my undergraduate I went back to Nepal and worked for a non-profit for 2 months.

The name of this project is:

[Un]ser house

For this project we had to replace a middle school in Ann Arbor. I designed the middle school to be used by the students during school hours and by the community during off hours. The design was settled by looking into the surrounding neighborhood for context and the major programs of the school acted as the "homes" and the public space acted as the "street". I was looking into how the major programs could influence how the building and the student reacted within the "middle" and how that space could be engaged.
