The notion of fluidity, buoyancy and constant change are principles for our proposal. The pavilion stands between a submerged and emerged level –as submarines do- defining a sensible state of equilibrium between dry and wet.”

As the building became old, they became empty, and people stopped coming more and more. But a community event took place and needed space to support them. As a symbol of the past, i wanted to recreate the building as a space for the community.”
