Project Description: Every country in the world always have criminal activity inside of it. Indonesia as one of developing country surely familiar with criminal activity. There are so much criminal activity such as thieving, frauding, killing, and raping. There are laws for reduce criminal activity in every country. Normally every people who did criminal activity will be punished with imprisonment.
Imprisonment was the punishment that snatch the freedom of inmates for the sake of security in community and also to rejuvenate inmates. However, the prison never involve community in the rehabilitation process, so that make the ex-inmates getting rejected in the community. Even tough the inmates already rehabilitated inside the prison, they haven’t get the same treatment as like as normal person in community after they got out from the prison. The comunity shouldn’t reject them to get along in community. All people should treat the ex-inmates as a normal person. The thing is much complicated because the inmates didn’t prepare well to get along incommunity after imprisonment. The difficulty to communicate with comunity and rejected by community make me ask a basic question. Is it the best possible system of imprisonment for today?
