Name of Project: Water Sport Complex in Vanadzor ( Adaptive Reuse of the Part)

Project Description: Renovation of the manufacturing building to a water sport complex in Vanadzor. The projected building is situated in the northwestern part of Vanadzor, more specifically in the northwestern part of the chemical factory.

The land is flat, surrounded by Pambak highlands and forested areas. The area of the projected building is approximately 10 hectares and is 1335,9 meters above the sea level. The manufacturing building of the chemical factory is located in that specific area, however, currently it is not operating. The exterior facade of that building has been altered, as it was in an awful condition and was not matching with the idea of the new projected building. On the other hand, the bearing structures of the old building were preserved; moreover, new structures were added to the new building.
